The results are out for the 2011 Travel + Leisure Best and Worst dressed cities and….drum roll please…. CHARLESTON was ranked #2 Best Dressed City! And with only .07 of a difference between the #1 Best Dressed City, New York!

This Thursday, we like the Charleston City Paper, or even more importantly, the City Paper readers, who voted Goodwill the Best Thrift Store in the Charleston area! We appreciate the support from our community and will continue to do what it takes to please you all! But… we should really be thanking all of the donors who help to stock the stores with fabulous, pre-loved goods! It is you that allow us to continue to offer great finds with the proceeds going to benefit individuals that need employment services!
And, we really like the City Paper “Critics” who voted the Johns Island Goodwill the best new thrift store and even gave a plug to this blog!!! We feel so special – thanks!
